For Displaced Residents
The City of Baltimore is working with residents located in the Brown’s Arcade Building, 322 – 328 N. Charles St that were displaced by the underground fire.
The Department of Housing and Community Development reached out to residents to provide immediate housing resources and assistance with relocation. Please reach out to Shannel Manigo, Crisis Services Manager shannel.manigo@baltimorecity.gov if you are in need of immediate housing support.
Additionally, the Mayor’s Office of Children and Family Success (MOCFS) is working to make rental support available for displaced residents. Details on the emergency rental assistance process will be updated on this page.
