Downtown Management Authority (DMA), oversees a 106-block business improvement district in the heart of Baltimore. Clean, green, and safety services are the heart of what we do. People instantly recognize our uniformed Clean Streets Ambassadors (CSAs), Downtown Baltimore Guides (DBGs), and Park Stewards, because they’re a constant presence on Downtown streets.

Beautifying our Streets and Alleys

Our CSAs are hard at work seven days a week emptying trash from more than 400 cans in the DMA, sweeping the streets, removing graffiti, cleaning alleys, and reporting code violations.
