Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Inc. does not require a purchase for any product or service in order to be eligible to win the prize. The prizes provided are the sole ownership of Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and/or its affiliates, Downtown Management Authority and Downtown Partnership Foundation. Winners are selected at random, so the chances of winning are based on how many people enter to win. Winners will be notified via email and have 48 hours to respond to their email notification. If phone numbers were submitted, winners will also be notified via phone. Eligibility requirements include: Must be 21 or age or older, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway and must have a valid email address.
