The Mayor’s Office of Small and Minority Business Advocacy & Development invites the Baltimore community to the 2nd Annual Black Business Advancement Awards, a black-tie celebration honoring the achievements, innovation, and impact of Baltimore’s Black-owned businesses during National Black Business Month. The evening includes a reception hour, plated dinner, keynote speaker, networking, special guests, and a live performance.
