Baltimore is a delicious city. It’s inventive without being pretentious. It’s fun while still taking the food seriously. It’s forward-thinking while still retaining the history and resources of the area. We may have started as a crab town, but Baltimore has become a foodie mecca. From hand crafted street eats to James Beard Award-winning chefs, Downtown’s restaurateurs are torchbearers for creative and diverse cuisine from all around the world.
