Lace up your running shoes and get ready to celebrate 15 years of the Red Shoe Shuffle with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maryland! The Annual Red Shoe Shuffle 5K Run and Walk will take place on Sunday, April 19, 2026, beginning at 8:30 am. Always the happiest morning in Maryland, thousands of runners and walkers will come together to support families staying at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maryland. Thanks to the amazing Shuffle community, the RMHC Maryland team has been home to more than 54,000 families since 1982. Let’s continue to make a difference and lace up!
