Annual Meeting

Lunch/Drinks with DPOB offers an informal luncheon or happy hour networking opportunity to all Downtown Partnership members. This series moves locations in order to highlight Downtown restaurants, organizations, and spaces. A great way to expose your business to a variety of industries and professionals, these events offer opportunity to ask questions about community issues, discuss matters specific to your business and network with one another.

Downtown Partnership of Baltimore hosts two Real Estate Receptions each year. This popular, invite-only event is targeted to real estate professionals who are dedicated to helping build a better Downtown. The reception is an opportunity to highlight new projects, discuss the Downtown development pipeline and convene leaders in the real estate world who represent industries of architecture, contracting, development, law, finance, engineering and more.

Baltimore Restaurant Week is the region’s oldest and largest restaurant week promotion, featuring the best dining establishments in central Maryland. Presented by Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and Visit Baltimore, this marketing promotion offers a platform for sponsors to reach millions of consumers in the Baltimore region.

Lobby Love is a series of first-floor building take-overs, offering tenants complimentary breakfast, lunches or snacks. Tenants are encouraged to help themselves to Downtown swag, sign up for communications from DPOB, and learn about neighborhood happenings. This is a prime opportunity to get to know your neighbors a little bit better and celebrate working in Downtown Baltimore. Potential locations include One South Street, 400 E. Pratt Street, the Truist Building, the Candler Building, and a variety of State Center relocation offices.

DPOB is working to change the negative narrative surrounding alleys through place-making and artistic efforts that will transform them into bright, public gathering places. With simple touches like string lights, tables and chairs, and colorful murals, alleys instantly become safer, cleaner spaces in our neighborhoods.
