B&O Cafe
Chefs operating, managing, and working at the B&O Café are graduates and/or students of the Franciscan Center Dignity Plates Culinary Training Academy. Chef Steven Boswell, 6th Cohort graduate of the program, will serve as the Associate General Manager the cafe. All proceeds will be used to enhance the Training Academy program. Learn more.
