Ain’t no party like a Queen D party! This fun, high-energy fitness class is hosted by Queen D (Denere Hilton), with music by DJ Mook, and happens every Wednesday evening in Center Plaza. Described as a fitness experience like no other! BodyWERK is dance fitness with exhilarating music and energy provided by the instructor, Queen D, and DJ Mook. You will sweat your pounds off by grooving to the latest jams, all while working out in an inspiring and empowering environment of sisters and brothers! All fitness levels welcome. My name is Denere Hilton but you can call me…Queen D I’m a daughter, mother, friend and a fiercely full-time, certified fitness instructor. At the age of 47, I created my own lane in the fitness world targeting many communities of Maryland. I’ve been featured on local news channels, participated in large events such as, fitness and health expositions, and have traveled across the country to other states, while sharing my passion and drive for health and fitness with others.
I believe in sisterhood and brotherhood to help build one another throughout their fitness journey. My mission is to help individuals understand that we are all a “WERK” in progress. We must love our bodies both inside and out and understand that our heartbeat gives us a purpose in life. Every day we must strive to fulfill our purpose and share our light with the world!

Natalie Nelson found a new soul purpose in the yoga and wellness world in 2018 when she changed her career as a CPA to become a yoga teacher. Her studies took her to South India where she received her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification in traditional Hatha Yoga and also earned a Thai Bodywork certification.
