About This Event
Enjoy breakfast, a panel of keynote speakers, and networking with several hundred of the region’s top business, government, and community leaders at the unveiling of Downtown Partnership’s annual State of Downtown Report. This report provides benchmark data behind Baltimore’s most important economic sectors, including employment statistics, residential analysis, and hotel occupancy rates.
At this year’s event, however, we aren’t only focusing on the current state of Downtown Baltimore. We are also looking ahead with several key questions about Baltimore’s future in mind. To that end, Baltimore Mayor, Brandon Scott will join us to share why Downtown Baltimore remains the region’s largest economic and cultural center. Downtown Partnership President, Shelonda Stokes, will unveil economic data from the 2022 State of Downtown Report, and highlight important next steps for Downtown’s economic advancement. Stokes will also moderate a panel of Urban Land Institute (ULI) experts to get their assessment on Downtown assets and recommendations for future successes.
We invite you to join us for this important conversation.

Enjoy breakfast, panel discussion, and community connection at our upcoming State of Downtown Baltimore.
