Commercial Revitalization Manager
The Commercial Revitalization Manager position will collaborate with Downtown Partnership of Baltimore’s Economic Development team to support high-priority initiatives that promote inclusive economic growth in Downtown Baltimore. This position will liaise with small businesses and external partners, facilitate capital improvement projects, and support the administration of various grant programs that support business growth. Specific initiatives the fellow will help with include supporting the Downtown BOOST and Façade Improvement Programs, as well as mapping and classifying Downtown’s vacant commercial properties.

The Controller at Downtown Partnership of Baltimore (DPOB) is responsible for preparing the organizations’ financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures, preparing account reconciliations monthly, for both Downtown Partnership and Downtown Management Authority (DMA). This position has two direct reports.

The overall mission of the Downtown Cleaning Corps program is to assist in creating an attractive public environment in our 106-block DMA District. We perform a variety of endeavors designed to keep Downtown Baltimore clean and well-maintained, such as sweeping, emptying trash cans, weeding and plant removal, graffiti removal, debris removal, and other related cleaning and maintenance tasks.

The Downtown Baltimore Guide Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the Downtown Baltimore Guides (DBG’s). Reporting to the Director of Hospitality, a Downtown Baltimore Guide Supervisor will work closely both with the other DBG Supervisors along with the supervisors of the Clean, Parks and Homeless Outreach teams.

Reporting to the Director Public Space Maintenance, a Clean Streets Ambassador Supervisor will work closely both with the other CSA Supervisors along with the supervisors of the Hospitality and Safety, Parks, and Homeless Outreach teams.
