Downtown Partnership’s TECHCONNECT initiative offers financial incentive to technology companies that lease commercial space within the Downtown Management Authority boundaries. Small- to medium-sized tech businesses of all types are eligible to apply. Successful applicants will receive up to $10,000, site selection and brokerage help from Downtown Partnership.
