Downtown Partnership’s State of Downtown Report provides exclusive data and insight into Baltimore’s commercial real estate market and key industry sectors.

Keynote speaker, James Howard Kunstler, is considered an authority on urban planning. His harsh, yet witty writing style can be found in publications varying from Rolling Stone to The New York Times, but he is best known for his many novels including Home from Nowhere: Remaking Our Everyday World for the Twenty-first Century, The City in Mind: Mediations on the Urban Condition and The Geography of Nowhere.
